Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how REFRAME handles information when you use the app. REFRAME is a self-support and reflection tool; it is not medical care.
Information stored on your device
REFRAME may store locally on your device the name and email you enter in the local profile, your selected goal and intention, start date, reason, triggers, expenses, check-ins, notes, urge episodes, reminder settings, selected safety country, privacy consent and Premium status. The current version has no user account, server, cloud sync, advertising network or server-side analytics. Your notes are not sent to Dmytro Lavritskyi through the app.
Notifications and location
Local notifications are scheduled only after you grant permission and use neutral wording. If you grant foreground location permission, REFRAME uses your location on the device to determine a country for the appropriate emergency-support information. The app stores only the selected or detected country code and does not send precise coordinates to the owner.
Biometric protection
Face ID or Touch ID, when enabled, is provided by your operating system. REFRAME does not receive or store your biometric data.
Premium purchases
If you purchase or restore REFRAME Premium, Apple or Google processes the payment. RevenueCat processes the purchase and subscription information needed to verify access to the reframe_pro entitlement. REFRAME does not receive or store your card number or payment credentials. RevenueCat and the relevant app store may process technical identifiers according to their own privacy policies.
Export and deletion
You can export your local data using the app's system share action and delete local records from Settings. After deletion, the app cannot restore those local records. Uninstalling the app removes its local storage subject to your device's operating-system behavior. Purchase records held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat are managed under their respective policies.
