Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of REFRAME. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What REFRAME is
REFRAME is a self-support, reflection and daily-action tool. It is not a medical device, diagnostic service, treatment program, psychotherapy service or substitute for a doctor, therapist, qualified support group or emergency service. It does not diagnose addiction, assess emergencies or guarantee a particular result.
Safety
You are responsible for judging your own situation and seeking appropriate help. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or you are otherwise in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional instead of relying on the app.
Your content and device
You remain responsible for the notes and other content you enter. The current version stores this content locally on your device and does not provide an account or cross-device synchronization. Keep your device secure and export anything you want to retain before deleting the app or its local data.
Premium access
Some features may require REFRAME Premium. Available plans, prices, billing periods and applicable taxes are shown in the app and are supplied by the applicable app store or test environment. Subscriptions renew and can be cancelled according to the rules of Apple or Google. Lifetime access, where offered, is a one-time purchase. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store.
Changes and availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features and may update these Terms when the app changes. We will not use the app to provide professional or emergency services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
